Why this exists
Most small businesses do not lose customers because their work is bad. They lose them because a call came in at 2pm while they were on a job, and by 6pm somebody else had already answered it.
The tools that solve this exist. They have existed for years. But they are sold as software, priced per seat, and handed over with a login and a documentation link, which is fine if you have someone on staff to configure them, and useless if you are the person on the ladder.
EFCG exists to close that gap. We do not sell software. We build the system, configure it around how your business actually works, and run it. You get the outcome, not a subscription and a learning curve.
How we work
- We tell you if you don't need us. If your site converts and the problem is elsewhere, we will say so on the call rather than sell you a rebuild.
- Fixed scope, fixed price. The setup fee and monthly are stated upfront. No hourly creep.
- Thirty days' notice, both ways. No annual lock-in. If it stops being worth it, leave.
- Your data is yours. Content, brand, and customer records belong to you throughout and leave with you.
